Tween and Teen Energy Sessions
Energy sessions help tweens and teens release trapped emotional and physical energies, restoring balance to their bodies and supporting their natural ability to heal. Parents can choose between two session formats to best fit their child’s needs:
Real-Time Sessions: Ideal for tweens and teens who prefer an interactive experience. These sessions allow for real-time questions, discussion, and feedback and can be conducted in person, over Zoom, or by phone—making them accessible no matter where you are.
Distance Sessions: Perfect for busy schedules or for those who may feel hesitant to actively participate. The practitioner connects remotely to release trapped energies, and afterward, parents and/or clients receive detailed session notes and an audio recording explaining what was addressed. This format makes energy work seamless and stress-free, as it does not interfere with the client’s daily life. It’s an easy, accommodating option that appeals to many tweens and teens who may not want to talk through trauma or find it difficult to do so.

Online session prices include a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. To avoid this fee, you can purchase directly via cash, check, or Venmo (@KPatraw) for $85 per individual session or $400 for a 5-pack. If paying by Venmo, please include your name and session type in the payment note.
